The news from which I take a cue not about how many: talking about the New York Times. And the idea is interesting: create a social network dedicated.

Without rely on existing realities, the NYT has chosen to open a space just called TimesPeople.

The short features are the same as those offered by the various Facebook & co. The choice is brilliant but I do not holding me suitable for a network already exists but I create an image and likeness.

Clearly not all business realities have resources, or public interest that would want to emulate the NYT but the concept remains and the need for approaches to social network is a fact. What do you think?
